Before we start we will make an initial assessment, where we will study in detail your current situation and your goals. We will then analyze your body composition and your basic physical capabilities to design the ideal training program for you.
According to the results of the first assessment, we design a personalized training plan tailored to your needs and goals, with a thorough follow-up to ensure your progress day by day.
On a monthly basis we will repeat the first assessments to objectively check your improvement, and be able to update your training program to continue working towards your ultimate goal.
