HOW WE DO IT:
Before we start we will make an initial assessment, where we will study in detail your current situation and your goals. We will then analyze your body composition and your basic physical capabilities to design the ideal training program for you.
According to the results of the first assessment, we design a personalized training plan tailored to your needs and goals, with a thorough follow-up to ensure your progress day by day.
On a monthly basis we will repeat the first assessments to objectively check your improvement, and be able to update your training program to continue working towards your ultimate goal.
All my life I have been in continuous contact with sports. Being responsible for my future, I decided to turn my passion into my profession, sports.
Each person I have met during my apprenticeship has helped me to improve as a professional and to realize the importance of knowing how to apply theoretical knowledge to the practice of each person, which allows me to help and create real progress in the quality of life of the people who have placed their trust in me.
Having played several sports since I was a child, it was immediately clear to me that my future would revolve around physical activity.
After a basketball injury, I got into the world of fitness and discovered my passion for sports performance and helping people achieve their goals whether they are athletes or not.
I am a Certified and Accredited Personal Trainer with years of professional experience. I try to provide my students with all my knowledge in order to effectively reach their goals.
The science of Physical Exercise and Health is in continuous evolution and that is why I continue in permanent training to be able to make use of the latest scientific evidence in exercise.
